From some serious illness to Her Demise, the Bachchan family’s smallest member, Aradhya Bachchan, has been hearing false information about her health on the internet. She has pleaded to the High Court to remove these contents from Google and YouTube. Being a minor, she has been seeking help from the Court to disseminate her false news on the internet.
What is the Aradhya Bachchan Case?
Aradhya Bachchan, Daughter of Miss World Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, had filed a petition to remove all the misleading content about her health which are misleading. This information included false information about her allergies and some serious illness. Some even posted about her demise. This news had no base and was posted only for viewing. Some YouTubers posted the information as well. In response, Aradhya Bachan pleaded for removing these contents in April 2023. In response, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to search engine giant Google to remove the content regarding false information about Aradhya’s health and ordered the restraint of any further videos on YouTube regarding Aradhya Bachchan’s health issue. Justice C Hari Shankar has told the tech giant that it can not shrug off its responsibility to screen content uploaded to its platforms like YouTube since Google is the parent company of YouTube.
Aradhya Bachchan Case has been trending on the internet as the Bachchan Family tries to stay away from legal work, but this time, they have found the youngest Bachchan in trouble. Regarding the Aradhya Bachchan Case, the Court has said that Every child deserves to be treated with honour and respect; the same goes for Aradhya. The suit was filed by the law firm Anand and Naik. The judge has also directed the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to block any clip or information on YouTube or Google content about Aradhya Bachchan Health.
But why is the Aradhya Bachchan Case trending now?
The case was filed in 2023, but the news has been making highlights in recent Feb 2025. This raises the question of why Aradhya’s Case has been trending now. The court ordered Google to remove all the fake videos about Aradhya Bachchan’s health. However, recently, the Bachchan family came across some videos and noticed that these videos were still revolving around the internet. So, to prevent this fake news from spreading again, Aradhya Bachan filed a fresh petition in Court to follow up on the last Petition. The Court then ordered Google, the entertainment social media account Bollywood Times, and other websites to ban or remove the content identified by Aradhya Bachchan in her latest Petition.
Aradhya has been suffering all these things because she is a star kid. She, being 13, only has to face a case about her fake news. This is one of the harsh realities of being a star kid. Star Kids Who Have Faced Legal Battles
Aarav Kumar (Son of Akshay Kumar & Twinkle Khanna: He had to go to Court in 2019, and his name was falsely dragged into controversy. Some media posts claimed that Arav had been arrested, and no reason was clarified. Akshay Kumar and his family then took legal action and got justice. They explained that their son was innocent and the news was also fake.
Prince Michael Jackson (Son of Michael Jackson): After the death of Michael Jackson, his son Prince and his siblings had to fight many lawsuits regarding wrongful death lawsuit. They had to testify in legal battles despite not being at any fault.
Taimur Ali Khan (Son of Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor): Just for being named Taimur, the kid had to face legal actions against him as a lawyer filed a case against his parents to name him after a historical invader, which caused Unnecessary controversy and in the end the case was dismissed.

Except these, there are some more names like Jaden Smith, who had to go to Court as his name and image were used without his consideration, and Aryan Khan, who was dragged into a Drug case and was declared innocent afterwards.
